Please note:

• Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to arrive, more during peak times of year such as Christmas
• Rural and some residential areas may take additional delivery time
• Orders are shipped by CourierPost and are fully insured
• A signature is required on all Stow packages. Please make sure you are sending your order to an address where someone will be available to receive the package. If no one is there to receive the package CourierPost will leave a calling card with their contact details so that you can arrange to collect your parcel
• Stow packages can be sent to a PO Box address, in which case CourierPost will leave a calling card in your PO Box & you will be able to collect your parcel from the Post Office where your PO Box is located

We currently ship overseas to Australia, Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong & UAE.

We ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

We offer 2 shipping options (Standard & Express) as detailed below:

• Free Standard shipping on all orders over $180 NZD
• Free Express shipping on all orders over $400 NZD

Important note

Please note the buyer is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty, VAT, GST at the time of entry into the country of destination. For more information about import taxes/duties & VAT or GST please contact your local customs office.

Delivery time does not include any time that your country’s customs office may hold your package.

Shipped via NZ Post International Air. This is an economical delivery service.

Tracked Express:

Shipped via NZ Post International Express Courier. This is a fast, secure, trackable delivery service with full cover for lost or damaged parcels.
